Scott Jackson has been a principal in various real estate development entities and an owner of a commercial real estate brokerage company since 1971. In his tenure, Mr. Jackson has advanced his expertise in determining strategic positioning, implementation of land and vertical developments, joint ventures, and real estate disposition and/or repositioning for existing and future real estate assets. His experience includes everything from land use concepts, overseeing design, finance, construction, leasing and marketing for nearly five million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties. Throughout his career, Mr. Jackson has developed 820 acres of business park property, more than 3,500,000 square feet of industrial buildings, 800,000 square feet of office, and 200,000 of retail space.
With this experience, Jackson is looking forward to his new endeavors to reposition/redevelop another 300,000 square feet and counting of retail space for office use at the Fiesta Mall in Mesa, Arizona.
Mollie Jackson is a licensed real estate professional with more than nine years of real estate expertise throughout the Metro Phoenix area. She has participated in more than 1,700,000 square feet of office leasing and 54,500 square feet in office building sales. Mollie joined Jackson Commercial Real Estate September 2015 as a project manager. Prior to joining Jackson Commercial Real Estate, Mollie was an Assistant Project Manager and Transaction Manager at the Arizona State University (ASU) Foundation, working on notable projects as the ASU SkySong Innovation Center and ASU at DC, a 30,000 square foot facadectomy just two blocks from the White House in Washington, DC. Prior to the ASU Foundation, Jackson was an associate with the Office Division of Cassidy Turley Arizona. During her time at Cassidy Turley, Jackson’s primary focus was to represent clients in lease and sale negotiations. Her full-service approach to every client and assignment focused on specialty marketing and research processes to reach successful real estate outcomes. Mollie is a certified ambassador with the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC), a young leader with the Urban Land Institute participating in the YGI Partnership Forum and a developing leader with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Mollie has a Masters in Real Estate Development from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and continues to work closely with the ASU Foundation on a consultant basis.
